Group Runs for fat guys

Hey boys and girls, What is the status of group runs for this rag-tag team? Saturday long runs? Wednesday workouts? Friday morning tempo runs? I know these aren't usually the questions a fat guy asks, but the plan is to get in shape someday and you gotta start somewhere...

The plan is usually Tuesday or Wednesday workouts and then Sunday long runs. So far we haven't all managed to get together for a tempo run but hopefully that will work out soon....email Crane for the plans he usually sets them up
